We’ll dive into pairings and accompaniments, uses and recipes, how to select, store, and serve cheese. Also Learn how to make an impressive cheese board. Most importantly we’ll eat cheese.
The goal is to share my knowledge gained by working 10 years in the Specialty Cheese industry as a Cheesemonger/Buyer.
A warning: A few of the cheeses we will be trying will be quite adventurous and challenging to your palate. I have extensive experience guiding people to cheeses that are otherwise outside their comfort zone. I am a firm believer that some cheeses are an acquired taste, which can be developed through exposure.
